USAGE: One tablet of Cialis should be taken 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse. The general recommendation is to drink the tablet with as little water as possible and on an empty stomach. The maximum dose is one tablet in 24 hours. Tadalafil binds to the receptors on the blood vessels of the penis, leading to their vasodilation, i.e. leads to a slight expansion of those blood vessels. Due to vasodilatation, the flow of blood into the blood vessels of the penis is greater, and therefore the erection is stronger and lasts longer. Depending on the condition of the blood vessels (their elasticity, diet, alcohol or cigarette consumption), Cialis has an effect of 12 to 36 hours. 

INGREDIENTS: One tablet contains 20 mg tadalafil.
